Continually approving and loving yourself will raise your vibration.
Looking into a mirror, into your eyes, say: “I love you, (your name). I love you always, just as you are. You are a child of God and are not ever forgotten. You are a child of the Universe.”
Looking into a mirror, and while gazing into your eyes, approve of yourself. Every day see yourself as beautiful, giving, loving, loved, beloved. Approve of yourself every day, consistently, with sincerity and vigor. Approvingly look into your eyes. Gazing lovingly into your eyes, affirm: “I love you as you are”. (more…)
The purest feelings are those that are based in love. Understanding, loving thoughts are the finest. Not only for you but also for those in your presence, on the receiving end. It is about loving all, loving your neighbour as much as your enemy. There is no difference between them in pure, unconditional eyes of love. Why do I write? It is because of a deep satisfaction and a feeling of fulfillment, stemming from being connected to my Spirit-Self when I sit down to write.
I have been writing since the early nineties. While in the midst of working for a large corporation, a delightful surprise came to me. You are becoming an eternal being
who knows, who realizes,
who is aware
whenever you are on Earth
or other planes.
You are becoming an eternal being
who is aware.
Become. Allow yourself
to touch your everlasting Thee.
Your Thee that is always with you
even if you only knew
that you are an earthly being

Cuckoo lays eggs
in someone else’s nest.
Cuckoo is curious
what is hatching right and left
and itself is unaware
what is in her very own, very own nest.
Being unaware
is like being wrapped in a cocoon
that is windowless and dark,
that is confining and stark,
that has many layers
and it takes so long
to unwrap those long, long folds
of fine film wrapper
that is called the physical universe.
Today, I received email that at first, surprised me. Then it made me think all the way back to the beginning of this year and after some time I realized that yes, I did send my book AWAKEN! Spirit Is Calling to a book competition early this year. Since only today I received review from the judge named Judge no. 25, it became obvious to me that I did not get a prize. However, I did like the review by the mysterious Judge no. 25:

What is it that is hampering you? What is holding you back from being abundant, steeped totally in the plenty?
It is such that the thoughts of yours cannot be conjugated properly, as you jump from thinking of having to not having. Thinking of having, not having, having, not having… How can you decide on your objective or derive the fulfilment of your objective, if you are not steady in your thinking?
Steady your wish. Be steady in your projections. Be steady when you ask for what you want. Be steady in thinking of what you have. Be steady, and then, do not penalize yourself – do not be without believing. Believe, believe, believe, as believing is first, before seeing. (more…)
Do Not Seek Reputation, Seek Respect.
In reputation, there is a polarity hidden. Those who seek reputation seek that which is the most acceptable to others. For some, reputation is largely about attaining the status in a society; they seek reputation at any price, which can eventually result in their, not the best, reputation.
In respect, there is no polarity. Respect has a positive interpretation. However, when respect is motivated by a fear, or feeling of duty, such motivation cannot be a true foundation of respect.
One earns respect because of one’s character, knowledge, qualities or abilities, by being considerate, kind and respectful. Respect can be afforded not only to a person, but to an inanimate object, to nature, to any that permeates through physical, mental, and spiritual levels, as well.
One conducts oneself as a respectful person due his ability to recognize the value of the mutual respect for each other. It is an ability of not judging but respecting others’ sacred space and time they have grown and lived in, their achievements, values, their excellence. Respect is about support, instead of tearing down the person. It reinforces self-esteem, good will, and honoring each other.
Start with respecting yourself, as if you do not respect yourself, you cannot truly respect others.
There is an abode, an abode of wisdom,
of calm, peace and respect for yourself,
an abode that is within.
There is a shrine that you need to discover,
